21 березня фізико-математичний факультет СумДПУ імені А.С. Макаренка гостинно зустрів абітурієнтів на Дні відкритих дверей. Атмосфера заходу поєднала наукову цікавість, дружнє спілкування та натхнення до майбутнього навчання.
Декан факультету, професор Михайло Каленик, презентував освітні програми, розповів про можливості навчання та історії успіху випускників. Особливе захоплення викликали демонстрації фізичних дослідів на сучасних лабораторіях, які показали, що наука може бути не лише корисною, а й видовищною.
Завідувачка підготовчого відділення університету Ірина Михайличенко ознайомила гостей із правилами вступу, а викладачі факультету підготували для абітурієнтів тренувальне НМТ з математики та фізики. Після виконання завдань учасники отримали детальний розбір, що допоможе їм краще зрозуміти власні помилки та підготуватися до майбутнього тестування.
Не менш важливою частиною зустрічі стало спілкування зі студентським самоврядуванням. За чашкою теплого чаю та смаколиками абітурієнти дізналися про студентське дозвілля, корисні лайфхаки навчання та традиції факультету. Доцент Оксана Одінцова провела інтерактивний квест, де учасники відкривали для себе світ геометричних фігур і їхнє застосування в архітектурі, а разом з професором Вікторією Божковою розв'язували економічні та маркетингові ребуси й кросворди.
Після завершення Дня відкритих дверей майбутні абітурієнти приєднувалися до онлайн зустрічі, де провідні викладачі фізико-математичного факультету доцент Юрій Хворостіна і доцент Алла Салтикова проводили аналіз завдань, що входили до тренувального тестування.
День відкритих дверей став для майбутніх вступників не лише джерелом корисної інформації, а й натхненням. Сподіваємось, що отримані знання допоможуть абітурієнтам впевнено підготуватися до НМТ, а знайомство з факультетом стане першим кроком до вибору професії мрії.

Iryna Mykhailichenko, head of the university’s preparatory department, familiarized the guests with the admission rules, and faculty members prepared a practice National Multidisciplinary Test (NMT) in mathematics and physics for the prospective students. After completing the tasks, participants received a detailed analysis to help them better understand their mistakes and prepare for future testing.

After the Open House concluded, prospective applicants joined an online session where leading faculty members from the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics—Associate Professor Yuriy Khvorostin and Associate Professor Alla Saltykova—analyzed the problems included in the practice test.
The Open House served as not only a source of useful information for prospective students but also a source of inspiration. We hope that the knowledge gained will help applicants confidently prepare for the National Multidisciplinary Test, and that getting to know the faculty will be the first step toward choosing their dream profession.
